2. Puppy Reservations and Sales
- Right to Refuse Sale: As ethical breeders, the welfare of our puppies is our highest priority. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy to any individual or family at our sole discretion, at any point before the final transfer of ownership, if we feel the home is not a suitable match.
- Reservation Deposits: Placing a deposit secures your position for a specific puppy or an upcoming litter. Unless otherwise stated in a specific buyer agreement, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If circumstances prevent you from taking a puppy, your deposit may be rolled over to a future litter at our discretion.
- Pricing: All prices for our French and English Bulldogs are subject to change without notice. The price agreed upon at the time a reservation deposit is placed will be honored.
3. Health Guarantees and Contracts
Information provided on this website regarding the health, genetics, and lifespan of our bulldogs is for general informational purposes. The specific, legally binding terms of a puppy’s health guarantee, return policy, and breeder support will be outlined in a separate, formal Puppy Purchase Agreement that must be signed by both parties prior to the puppy going to its new home.
